Memberships may be paid monthly, quarterly, or annually. Credit availability depends on the payment option selected.
Credits released quarterly.
Monthly members receive credits throughout the year based on their membership tier.
Quarter's credits available immediately.
Quarterly members receive that quarter's credits upon payment.
All annual credits available immediately.
Annual members receive all credits for the year upon payment.
Monthly members who want to sail before the next quarterly credit release may pay the balance of the current quarter to unlock that quarter's credits immediately. Payment accepted: Zelle, ACH, MC, Visa, and AMX. All credit card transactions incur a 3.5% transaction fee.

Memberships are designed to be simple, flexible, and limited. Review the key terms before requesting your membership.
Are memberships annual commitments?
Yes. All memberships are 12-month commitments and automatically renew for successive 12-month terms unless canceled prior to the first day of the new subscription year listed under the membership agreement.
Do unused credits roll over?
Unused released credits roll over, but each credit expires 24 months after its original issue or release date.
What happens if a payment fails?
A failed or declined payment freezes all unused credits and booking privileges until the account is brought current.
What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
- Social and Club memberships require 72-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice.
- Premier memberships require 48-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice.
- Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit applicable credits.
- Captain or Smooth Sailing weather cancellations do not forfeit credits.
Can credits be transferred?
Premier members may transfer available credits to another person or group, subject to charter availability and policies.
Can Premier memberships be used for business or shared use?
Yes. Premier memberships can be used by corporate or business clients, or groups who want to share access and split the cost.
Are memberships limited?
Yes. Memberships are limited to protect availability and ensure members can enjoy private access throughout the year.
Renewal reminders will be sent approximately 60 days and 30 days before the annual renewal date.
